Week Fourteen: Sunday

Mr. Ashwood,

As I'm sure you know, and don't need me to tell you, we've got an issue. I'm guessing your guide has already requested your presence some time tomorrow. Ms. Vallario, the young woman you manhandled like some common thug, her guide has contacted me, and informed me that the little mishap would be handled by she, and your own guide. No offense to them, but I don't think they are equipped to handle 'troubled' youths. So guess what, you, and I are going to have a talk. Tuesday, I expect you in my office after your final class. If you don't show, I will come, and find you.

Wesley Venizelos

Ms. Vallario,

My name is Wesley Venizelos, and I am the resident art instructor. So, you shouldn't be too surprised to hear that I was informed of your's, and Mr. Ashwoods little stunt in the ceramics studio. I have watched the footage, and it seems fairly obvious that Mr. Ashwood is mostly responsible for the mess, but you, Ms. Vallario are not free of guilt. Care to explain yourself?

Mr. Venizelos,

If you watched the footage, then you can clearly see that I am not guilty of anything other than self defense. Granted, I threw an ashtray but it didn't even break. And I threw the desk back at him after he threw it at me. If I am guilty of anything, it's being in the wrong place at the wrong time and attempting to get the attention of someone in order to try to prevent him from making an even greater mess. Perhaps that backfired seeing as how the desk got smashed, but I didn't exactly anticipate having a desk thrown at me. I have no further explanation than just that.

Regards,
Cissy Vallario

Ms. Vallario,

With all do respect, you could have easily walked away, rather than throwing anything at Mr. Ashwood. Now, if you had done so, and he then persued, throwing things might have been justified. Next time you come across someone destroying a classroom, my advise would be to fetch a guard, rather than stepping in yourself. Explanation is acceptable enough, I won't ask your guide to take further action against you, it's now in her hands.

Mr. Venizelos,

Yes, perhaps walking away would have been the right thing to do, but I assumed at that point that my presence was known and, well, given that I've yet to learn how to even harness my abilities much less defend myself against a highly agitated being that could be any number of things that would and could do me harm, I thought it for the best to just go along with it until I found myself to be safe. Certainly I would have let someone know had I had time to do so before it had already come to the attention of those who need handle it.

I appreciate your leniency and I can only hope that Miss Errona will feel the same.

Regards,
Cissy Vallario
